PREPARATION:  Please be sure to provide the required space needed for the unit you reserve, and that it is not located within 5 feet of any fixed structure. Do not water your yard the day of the event. Be sure to check that the area is free of branches, large rocks, pet waste and overhead wires or trees. We will use 12"-16" yard stakes to secure your bouncer so be sure that sprinkler and/or electric lines do not run along perimeter of set-up area. Jamba Jumpers is not responsible for any damage when stakes are used (if you choose sand bags can be used instead-just be sure to mention this when reserving your bouncer). Bouncers can be set up on asphalt, gravel, dirt or driveways, pretty much anywhere that is relatively level. Ideal setup for Water slides is grass. Other surfaces can be used, such as concrete or gravel but may require additional preperation and padding fee. We will not set up water slides in areas that are mostly dirt.

A standard 110v outlet is required and no more than 50 feet away - An additional line on a separate breaker is needed if your unit is being evap cooled.

DELIVERY:  We will be there in enough time prior to have your bouncer set up before your event begins. However, if you have not made sure that all preperations listed above are in order, this may delay your setup. i.e. If rocks or pet waste need to be picked up, or we have to trouble shoot no power to outlets, etc. Also, if it is raining the day of  your event we will not deliver the unit until the rain stops. Delivery is free in Glendale & Peoria (south of Union Hills), West Phoenix, Avondale, Litchfield, Tolleson and some parts of Surprise. There will be a delivery charge basied on milage outside of these areas. Our latest pick-up is 10pm, so adjust your rental time accordingly.

DEPOSITS:  We require a $40 deposit to reserve a bouncer for your event. The deposit must be received at least one week prior to your event date or immediately upon reservation if event is less than a week away. This amount will be subtracted from your total balance due upon delivery. A Credit Card number can be held for deposit also, and will be charged the deposit amount only if you cancel or reschedule within 7 days of your scheduled event.

PAYMENT:  We accept Cash, Money Orders, Visa, Mastercard, Discover & Debit Card payments. Payment is due upon delivery. In the event a check is returned for NSF there will be a $25.00 fee. The amount of your check plus the $25.00 fee will be due in cash immediately upon notification. If not paid promptly, it will be processed for collection.

CANCELLATIONS:  We understand that you may need to change your plans. If you have to cancel please call as soon as possible and at least 3 days before your event. Your deposit in most cases is non-refundable, but will be applied toward a new date. You can change dates a maximum of two times (3 dates), after which your deposit will be forfeited. Rescheduling due to weather conditions will not count against you.

WEATHER:  If there is a possibility of rain, or wind in excess of 20-25 miles per hour on the day of your event, you have the option to reschedule your event up until delivery. Once your unit is delivered (drivers at your door) you are responsible for the full amount due regardless of weather changes. 

RENTERS RESPONSIBILITY:  The care and oversee of all items rented is the responsibility of the person in charge of the event. An employee of Jamba Jumpers will walk and review the condition of all items rented with the person in charge. Any destruction done to bouncers or additional items rented will be your responsibility. You will be responsible for repairs or replacement.
